Standard boiler service:
Your boiler should be serviced yearly, every 12 months.
Having a regular service will mean that our gas engineer can pick up on any small issues before they become costly repairs, and will also give you the peace of mind that you and your family are safe in your home.
Our boiler services take approximately 45mins to complete, and the service will be done in accordance to the manufactures instructions.
With years of wear and tear, certain serviceable parts may need replacing in your boiler. But don't worry, as the gas engineer will discuss with you if there will be any additional costs for replacement parts during your appointment.
Full strip down service:
In addition to the standard yearly service, we also offer a full strip down service. These are recommended by the boiler manufacturers to be completed every 5 years, and are more comprehensive. This more extensive service also includes the changing of gaskets and electrodes within the total cost.
The price for this service varies dependent on the type of boiler you have. If you would like a more accurate quote, please get in touch.
Service & gas safety certificate:
Landlords are required by law to provide a gas safety certificate on all gas appliances within the rental home.
We are able to perform a standard boiler service and produce these certificates.
