Very professional, friendly and told me what the problem was, in a way I could understand. Definitely would use and recommend.

Getting your boiler up and running is our priority

When your boiler breaks down, whether it's an error code or you don't have any hot water, our aim is for a first time fix to get your boiler back working as soon as possible.

So that we can provide as quick a repair as possible, we carry a range of common boiler components for several well known boiler brands.

If the engineer doesn’t have the part needed on van stock, it will be sourced from a local merchant where possible. If the parts are available to collect immediately, we will aim to get your boiler fixed the same day.

Failing this the parts are usually available on next day delivery, so the require part will be ordered and an installation visit will be arranged to install the parts as soon as possible.

When should you call out a boiler engineer?

As soon as you have any concerns about your boilers' safety or efficiency, you should make contact with a certified engineer.

If you ever smell gas or burning, see water leaks, or hear unusual noises - reach out straight away. If you have error codes that won't reset, low pressure or no hot water, you need a gas safe engineer to come and assess your boiler.

The longer you wait, the more damaged your boiler may become and the risk to your safety increases.

Booking in for an annual boiler service can help pick up these issues early, and keep your boiler performing efficiently.

When should you replace or repair?

Boilers are built to last around 15-20 years, if they are looked after and regularly serviced. But at some point there will be a time where it makes more sense to replace your old boiler rather than repair.

If your boiler is breaking down regularly it may be a sign that it's coming to the end of its life, and it would become more cost efficient for you to upgrade rather than repair.

We can discuss the boiler requirements for your property, and provide free no-obligation quotes so that you can make the best choice.
